How to Place An Order Online

1. Browse the our products and then select the product with the options you would like and click “Add To Cart”
2. Continue shopping by selecting a category at the top.
3. To get a shipping/grand total estimate, select your Province/State and Enter your Postal/Zip Code.
4. Press Update cart to show shipping estimate
5. To remove items from the shopping cart replace the quantity entered with 0.
6. To checkout from “Your Shopping Cart” click “Checkout”.
7. You will have three options:
   A. Login
   B. Create A New Account
   C. Retrieve Password
8. You can use login if you have already created an account using your email address and the password selected.
9. If you are ordering for the first time, you will need to create a new account.
10. Retrieve Password-Use this feature if you cannot remember your password. It will be sent to you via Email.
11. Next, confirm your billing and shipping information for returning customers. New customers will need to enter billing & shipping information. you are only required to do this once. Now click “Submit”.
12. You will be directed to the “Order Confirmation” page.
13. Review all details of the order.
14. Select the type of shipping service you desire. Please note- Standard for regular shipments or Express for rush shipments will be the most cost effective shipping options.
15. Enter any comments or notes that are specific to this order.
16. Complete the “Payment Information” section. Enter the requested information about your credit card.
17. If you have a credit account with us you should see an “On Credit Account” option, check the box beside it and not further information will be required in that section. If the “on credit account” option is not visible please contact us through our contact us page and be sure to include the email address associated with your account so we can make any necessary changes.
18. Once your order has been submitted you will get a confirmation email sent to the email address provided in your account information.
