Terms and Conditions

All right, title and interest in and to the Goods shall remain with Arbrux Limited until such Goods have been paid for in full. However, such Goods shall be entirely at Purchaser’s risk from the time placed on a common carrier and the loss, damage, deterioration or destruction of the Goods thereafter shall not release Purchaser from its obligations hereunder. In the event of any default to make payment by the Purchaser, Arbrux Limited shall have the right to take legal proceedings, in which case Purchaser will be responsible for any costs by Arbrux Limited including legal fees. Purchaser hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and save harmless Arbrux Limited from any and all loss arising out of any or all claims, suits and demands by reason of, but not limited to, the retention of title to the Goods by Arbrux Limited while same are at the Purchaser’s risk. The laws of the province of Ontario Canada will govern all proceedings.

Arbrux Limited cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors and textures of the products presented on this Site. We have made every effort to display them as accurately as possible.

To cancel your order, please call during our normal business hours and speak with your sales representative or someone in our customer service department. Provided your order has not yet been processed, and your credit card has not been charged there is no fee. If your order has already been processed and your card was charged, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee deducted from your refund. If any portion of your order has shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The refund will occur with the receipt of the cancellation and the return of all products that have shipped. Many of our products are custom built. If you need to cancel an order for any of these products there is a cancellation fee even if the item has not shipped. The cancellation fee will vary depending on the manufacturer but may be as much 25% or greater of the cost of the item. This fee is the same fee that manufacturers pass onto us for canceling the order.

Special order items for customers that do not have credit terms will have there credit card charged for item when we receive there order and freight will be charged to there credit card when order ships.

All past due accounts are subject to 2.5% monthly (30% annually) interest charges calculated from date of invoice.

Arbrux Limited may suspend shipments or credit terms on any accounts past due.

Arbrux Limited has the right to suspend any account until it becomes current and Arbrux Limited receives a satisfactory explanation for non payment.
