Founded in 1979, Arbrux began with a single goal: to design robust, high-performance aquatic equipment that withstands Canada’s toughest conditions. We built our reputation on reliability, safety, and service—and those values still drive us today. In 2024, Arbrux was acquired and relocated to Portland, Ontario. With expanded capabilities and deeper support, we continue to assemble every product to the highest standard, using materials and methods trusted by generations of waterfront property owners, engineers, municipalities, and contractors.

  • What's the return policy?

    At Arbrux, we are committed to delivering high-quality aquatic equipment designed to perform reliably in Canadian conditions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy:


    Eligibility for Returns:


    Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.


    Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.


    Exclusions: Custom-built or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.


    Return Process:


    Authorization: Contact our customer service team at support@arbrux.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.


    Shipping: Once authorized, ship the product to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.


    Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria.


    Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


    Exchanges:


    If you need to exchange a product for a different model or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


    Defective or Damaged Products:


    If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@arbrux.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
