Arbrux Inc. is a Canadian manufacturer of high-quality aquatic equipment, including de-icers, circulators, mounts, and accessories. Our products are intended for use in ponds, lakes, marinas, and other waterfront environments.

All products listed are subject to availability. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and images, but we cannot guarantee that product details, pricing, or availability will always be error-free or current. Arbrux reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payments
By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Arbrux is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error. For full details, see our Return Policy below.
7. Warranty
All Arbrux products include a limited manufacturer’s warranty of three (3) years. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arbrux shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Arbrux Return & Exchange Policy
At Arbrux, we are committed to delivering high-quality aquatic equipment designed to perform reliably in Canadian conditions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Exclusions: Custom-built or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process:
- Authorization: Contact our customer service team at support@arbrux.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Shipping: Once authorized, ship the product to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange a product for a different model or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@arbrux.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Warranty Claims:
Arbrux products come with a manufacturer's warranty. For warranty service, please refer to the warranty terms included with your product or contact our support team.
